The registration fee, guest fee and any applicable optional activities/tours will be charged in full, as one payment after the conference in Q4, to the payment method selected during registration. Charges processed via practice/education credits cannot be reimbursed.
Registration fees will be treated differently for Regional Vice-President’s. An email with details will follow in the coming weeks.

Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation. Further details of the live event, and session/tour registration (if applicable) will be sent later this year for in-person attendees. For virtual on-demand attendees, detailed instructions on how to access the recordings will be sent to you on the week of September 18th.
Cancellations for in-person registrations received prior to August 1st, 2023 will be charged a non-refundable $229 processing fee. Any cancellations received after this date will be charged the full registration fee. All cancellation requests must be emailed to the Apex Exchange mailbox.
To avoid cancellation penalties, you may transfer your registration to another Consultant but will be responsible for notifying the Apex Exchange mailbox.
Virtual registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
If for some reason you can no longer attend IG Apex Exchange in person, please notify the Apex Exchange mailbox prior to August 1st, 2023 to switch to virtual attendance. If you request a switch after this date, you will be charged the full in-person registration fee.
Yes, we encourage you to bring a guest/partner. No better place to experience the IG culture then the IG Apex Exchange! Non-business guest tickets are designed specifically for guest/partners (non-field members). We value our IG families and community and know what an important role they play in your success, and we’d love to be able to tell them that in person.
Associates, assistants, and fellow team members are also able to join your IG Apex Exchange experience by purchasing their own general registration ticket.

While we love to include everyone, we are also doing our best to ensure event registration fees remain accessible for all – even while costs are rising. The non-business guest fees have been structured to simply cover the per-person costs at each function they attend, per ticket type. These are simply pass-through costs for what the venue is charging us to host that extra person.
On-Demand sessions will be offered in English only.
IG Apex Exchange General Session recordings will be delivered on a digital platform, Bizzabo. Recordings of all General Session content, as it was delivered on-site, will be included with virtual on-demand registration. Workshops and/or Exchange Hub activities are not included in virtual recordings. General session recording will be available within 72 hours post-event and will remain available for 30 days post-conference.

To attend, you must have access to internet and a web browser. This can be on your computer, laptop or mobile device although we suggest attending on a computer for the best experience. IG Apex Exchange will offer up to 4 CE credits for select Workshops - subject to accreditation approval as determined by accreditation bureaus. All workshops are limited capacity, subject to availability and require advanced registration. The 2023 IG Apex Exchange will be delivered in English. All IG team members are invited to attend.
